If an item is deemed faulty prior to being worn/used, we will send you a replacement for the item. However, it must be within 24 hours of receipt of the item. No refund is given.




Please make sure you order your correct size. If a wrong size is ordered , you are responsible for delivery cost for exchange. If customer does not arrive at a decision on items to exchange , customer shall offer to preorder . No refund is provided for customers error.




Claims for damaged packaging and goods should be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Upon inspection, photo and video evidence of all original packaging is required to undergo investigation. Any claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for compensation.




 




When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as the shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
